LME-UU Regular Precision Linear Ball Bearings
The standard linear bearing is designed with closed circular shape. It is made after careful processing, using high quality
steel as the main raw material. It is composed of the industrial-strength nylon cage and sealed outer ring which enjoys
increased hardness and improved service life after heat treatment. Due to the different standards of the world's
machinery, we have developed LM-UU, LME-UU, and LMB-UU types that are applicable to the standards in Asia,
Europe, and the Americas respectively. Hence, the user can select and purchase referring to the regional standards.
Differing in nominal diameter, length and other parameters, our standard linear bearing can be applied to different
sizes of machinery, in order to meet different needs of customers.

bearing, round flange mount linear bearing, SC-UU slide block, SHF horizontal shaft support, and much more.
The LM-UU linear motion bearing is manufactured in line with Asia's mechanical standards, so that it is suitable for use in Asia.

The LME-UU linear motion ball bearing is designed and manufactured under European machine standards. It includes a variety of models that are applicable to the shaft with a nominal diameter of 3mm to 60mm. For example, the LME50UU type is suitable for the shaft with a nominal diameter of 50mm. It is 100mm in length, and its Nylon retainer is 1130gf in weight. Due to the Nylon cage, the built-in 6 rows of steel balls are preferably maintained within the linear ball bearing, in order to ensure the normal working of the product. By the way, the balls controlled within the retainer effectively reduce the friction loss because of rolling friction.

The LMB-UU inch size linear bearing can be measured in inch sizes which are popular in the Americas, so the local users can select this series of products to better match the machinery. Our products can be used for the shaft with a nominal diameter of 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 2 inch, and so on, so as to meet the demand for the use of different machines. According to different applications, the user can select the suitable eccentric accuracy. For example, the LMB32UU type achieves an eccentricity of 0.001 inch. The user can also choose the product of 0.0007 inch eccentricity to accommodate a special machine.
