SCE-SUU Short Slide Unit Carrier with Linear Motion Ball Bearing
Our slide unit is manufactured conforming to the standardized design. It is composed of outer race, steel balls, cage, retaining ring, iron piece, etc. The cage keeps steel balls within the circuit, and the retaining ring fixes the retainer into the outer race. In addition, the iron piece is capable of fixing the bearing into the aluminum slider. Due to the surface treatment of sandblasting and common oxidation, the product achieves good weather resistance and long service life.
The slide unit mainly uses aluminum and bearing steel as raw material, ensuring strong rust-proof and acid-resistant performance. The finished bearing comes with different sizes, rich styles, and complete models. This product looks beautiful, and is easy to replace. Due to the reasonable design, it runs smoothly and generates low friction when working, thus greatly reducing the noise. The low friction also makes less product wear and tear, thereby lowering the cost to a certain degree.
This slide block is mainly used in the automatic transmission. It is applicable to various air cylinders, oil cylinders, piston rods, packaging, woodworking, textile, printing and dyeing machinery, die casting machines, injection molding machines, and other machinery with guide rod, mandrel, etc. Because of its hardness, it can also extend the service life of the ordinary precision machinery.
The SCE-SUU short slide unit is a short linear case unit that finds wide use in Europe. Installed simply by using bolts, it is more compact than the standard slide unit in structure.
