Product Description
The middle flanged type linear bearing has a flange that is located in the center of the product. With good interchangeability, the flange can be repaired and replaced very conveniently. This makes it suitable for load bearing and long stroke applications. In addition, the flange used for fixing has square, round and oval shapes. It should be taken into account that the inner bore of the coupled equipment should be accurate enough to facilitate installation.
Features
The middle flanged type linear bearing produces no noise due to the small coefficient of friction during working. It also travels with high stability because of the stabilized flange. While maintaining high precision, the product can also be replaced with ease.
Applications
The product has found wide applications in a variety of machinery, such as the printers, multi-axis lathes, electric power tools, Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools, and so on.
This series of middle flanged type linear bearing includes the major components of sleeve, cage, ball, flange, and seal. LMFM, LMEFM, and LMBFM series are separately produced in compliance with the standards in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Just in the same case, LMKM, LMEKM, and LMBKM also respectively conforms to the above-mentioned standards in those three regions. The difference between LMFM, LMKM, and LMHM is the flange shape, corresponding to round flange, square flange, and oval flang

Design strength:
Our in-house team of approximately 60 experienced engineers is constantly developing newer and better bearing models, and auto parts mainly for steering systems. The most advanced computer aided design (CAD) systems and Germany-imported grinder machines are utilized to incorporate your specific requirements. Our ratio of R&D investment is much higher than the average in domestic industry.
Quality control:
Some of our QC instruments and meters are imported from Japan and Germany. We inspect every item with Talyrond roundness testing instruments before packaging. Our team also performs noise and vibration tests as well as radial and axial clearance inspection. Steering system parts are inspected on fatigue test bench, metering inspection center, 3D measuring apparatus, performance test bench and alignment test bench.
