Open Type Linear Ball Bearing
Our open type linear bearing is similar to the standard type in structure, including the outer race, steel ball, cage, and end ring.
Among these structural components, the cage allows the steel balls to be constrained in the circuit, while the end ring enables
the cage to be fixed in the outer ring. However, the open type is cut off a group of circuit on the basis of the standard type.
This allows easy connection to the guide rail and brings convenience for use in some special machinery. The open type
linear bearing is divided into three series, LM-OP, LME-OP, and LMB-OP. They are manufactured respectively in accordance
with the standards in Asia, Europe and the Americas, so as to adapt to use in different regions. Due to various models with different dimensions, the user has lots of choices.
The LM-OP open linear motion bearing with special open design and metric size is suitable for machines in Asian and
other areas. It can be divided into a variety of products according to different nominal shaft diameter, which is controlled
within the range between 10mm and 150mm. These products also vary from 29mm to 240mm in length, coming with very
small length tolerance. For example, an open linear motion bearing as long as 240mm comes with a length tolerance
value of only 400 μm. Due to the high matching degree, customers can directly purchase products depending on the required size.

The load capacity of LMB-OP open linear bushing has been greatly improved compared to other standard products,
so that it is applicable to a wide range of machines. This product is applicable to different nominal shaft diameters,
ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inch. For example, the 2 inch type comes with a length of 4 inch and a weight of 980gf.
In addition, it is provided with five rows of steel balls to ensure adequate carrying capacity, thus prolonging the
service life of the machine. This series of open linear bearing adopts inch size, and is popular in the Americas region.
