Pilot Flange Linear Motion Bearing with Ball Groove
The pilot flange type linear bearing is available in different flange shapes, including square, round and oval types. Apart from flange, it is also made up of seal rings, steel balls, nylon retainers, and bearing sleeve. Measured in metric sizes, the product has found wide use in the Asian countries. This series of product can be exactly installed when the inner bore of the coordinated equipment achieves a high surface accuracy.
This high precision product comes with low friction, low noise, firm flange, stable traveling, and easy change. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, so as to reduce the coefficient of friction and the mechanical load of equipment in the transmission process. Hence, it is now widely used in printers, power tools, sports equipment, multi-axis and CNC machine tools, as well as other machinery.
This series of pilot flange type linear bearing is manufactured in accordance with the Asian standard. LMFP series includes a circular flange, LMKP series has a square flange, and LMHP series comes with an oval flange. The length of LUU bearing has been improved to some extent on the basis of UU type. The size of the product is relatively diverse, so that it is able to meet the demand for the use in different machines.
