Compact type linear bearing with pressed finish
The KH series compact type linear bearing comes with no seals, double seals and single seal types. It is manufactured by
using the material of ST14. For example, its outer race is pressed from ST14 steel plate. Due to the advantages of flexible
sliding and long service life, this product is applicable to automation equipment, as well as engineering, textile, mining and
metallurgy machinery. In addition, it can also be frequently found in the robots, printers, multi-axis machine tools, punches,
food packaging machines and other industrial machinery manufacturing fields.
The compact type linear bearing selects high quality steel ST14 as raw materials. Due to the high stretching capacity of this
steel, the manufactured product enjoys high hardness. The outer ring of the bearing is processed using the punch press,
thereby ensuring strengthened stiffness, strength, and uniformity. This series of products can be designed with an inner
diameter of 6mm to 50mm. In addition, it can provide different dustproof effects, because of its different seal structures.
This helps to meet the use requirements of different machines.
The KH mini linear bushing includes a number of different models, such as KH0622, KH0824, KH5070, and so on. These
models have large differences in the size, load capacity, and weight. Among them, the model KH0622 comes with an
outer diameter of 12mm, an inner diameter of 6mm, and a length of about 22mm, as well as is able to withstand a
dynamic load of 400N. In addition, the model KH5070 mini linear bushing is the largest product in this series, with an
inner and outer diameter of 50mm and 62mm respectively. Available in a weight of 252gf, it can withstand a dynamic
load of 5500N and a static load of 6300N.
